Arc Health is working with a tribal facility in Anza, California to find a compassionate, caring, high-quality Family Medicine outpatient Primary Care provider. Permanent full-time need for a very slow clinic. Ideal candidates are: 

  • Committed to rural, Tribal, and underserved healthcare 
  • Compassionate, mission-driven social medicine practitioners 
  • Interested in joining a dynamic and potentially disruptive social healthcare enterprise 
  • Completed a US residency program 

  

Practice Description: 

  • Clinic Hours: Monday - Thursday 8-5, Friday 8-2 , 1/2 hour lunch
  • Volume: 8-12 patients per day 
  • EHR: NextGen 
  • Support Staff: Designated MA, charge nurse 
  • The Family Practice Physician provides primary and urgent patient care in the ambulatory clinic setting. He/she sees all age groups, instituting appropriate diagnosis, treatment, follow-up, and referral for consultations when indicated.  
  • This position is an integral part of the health care team, which includes other Physicians, Podiatrists, Mid-level Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Licensed Vocational Nurses, Medical Assistants, Medical Receptionists, Pharmacy personnel, and Laboratory personnel, and members of the Dental, Outreach, Community Health Nursing, Behavioral Health Services, and Social Service Departments. 

  

Requirements:  

  • M.D or D.O Degree 
  • Current California Medical License 
  • Current DEA License 
  • American Board Certified 
  • Current CPR certification 
  • Two years of experience in an ambulatory care patient setting desirable. 
  • Must be able to work with the Indian Community and be sensitive to the Indian culture and its needs.
