Opportunity to Join as Family Practice Medical Director

We are assisting a facility seeking a Family Practice Medical Director to serve a tribal community in Porterville, CA.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experienced in managing patients with multiple chronic conditions and comfortable working in a rural community setting
  • Committed to rural, Tribal, and underserved healthcare
  • Compassionate, mission-driven, and focused on social medicine
  • Excited to join an innovative, community-centered healthcare team
  • Interested in a full-time, on site, permanent position

Practice Details:

  • Schedule: Outpatient, 5 days per week, M-F
  • Shared on-call responsibilities (phone only)
  • Patient Volume: 15-23 patients per day
  • Electronic Health Record: RPMS

Requirements:

  • Active BLS certification
  • Unrestricted CA state license and DEA
  • ABFM or ABIM
  • Clean NPDP and malpractice history
