APP - NP or PA/APP-Primary Care

Arc Health is seeking a Family practice APP (PA or NP) for a small, rural, Tribal Clinic situated in western Oregon, close to wine country, national forest land, and the beautiful Oregon coast. We are seeking an APP to provide outpatient primary care services to adults and children. Ideal candidates are: 

• Committed to rural, Tribal, and underserved healthcare 
• Compassionate, mission-driven social medicine practitioners 
• Interested in joining a dynamic and potentially disruptive social healthcare enterprise 

Practice Description: 

• Schedule: four 10-hour days, between Monday and Friday, or five 8-hour days - provider choice. No call. 
• Typical number of patients seen per day: two per hour (mix of scheduled and same-day care) 
• Other services on-site: dental, pharmacy, X-ray, lab, and social services Multiple nearby referral hospitals. 
• Strong support staff 
• EMR system: NextGen 

Requirements: 

• Fully licensed in Oregon, or willing to apply for an OR state license 
• Board certified in family medicine 
• Committed to rural and underserved healthcare 

About the location: 

• It is about 75 miles southwest of Portland. 
• This health center is situated in the Grand Ronde Community, a 16-square-mile area owned by the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde.  
• It is approximately 30 miles west of Salem, OR, and predominantly serves the local Tribal members.  
• Nearby, there are several referral hospitals, including the Willamette Valley Hospital (60 beds, 25 miles away) and Salem Health (494 beds, 35 miles away).  
• This clinic also refers to hospitals in Portland, OR, which is about 75 miles away.
